A Friendship Cooked to Perfection
Nick, Antony and Sanya
We’re Nick, Antony and Sanya, lifelong friends and culinary co-conspirators. Our journey started with a shared love for food and a relentless quest for pizza perfection, leading us to create Sourdough Social. Antony brings over 30 years of experience as an Italian restaurateur in London, while Nick and Sanya offer extensive start-up and business development experience. Our endless debates over wine, discussing everything from the best restaurants to the origins of food, fuelled our dream of creating a great, healthy pizza that even our kids could make. Nutrition was our starting point, leading us to sourdough for its gut-friendly benefits. We perfected our bases through fermentation, par-baking and flash-freezing, locking in quality and taste after many trials (and errors).
